It offers ample space for 8 people. The house features a total of 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a box-spring bed, wardrobe, and television. Two bedrooms each have a bunk bed with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and television. One bedroom also includes a travel cot.
The spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette invites you to gather around the dining table. The modern corner sofa provides plenty of room for cozy evenings watching television.
The bright bathroom features two washbasins, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet with a sink.
On the covered terrace, you can host barbecues with your loved ones or enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning. The large garden is the perfect place for children to play. A staircase leads directly from the garden to the Zorge stream, where you can relax on the rustic bench and reflect on the day.
Cars can be conveniently parked in the parking area right next to the house. The parking lot has space for two vehicles. The house is wheelchair accessible.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
