An open wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a separate kitchen, a guest toilet with a washing machine, a bedroom with two single beds, and a large, bright living and dining room with a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed for two people. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a shower room, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The entire house has underfloor heating.

The approximately 800-square-meter garden is completely enclosed by a 125 cm high fence.

The house has been completely gutted and fully renovated.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
