This large, detached holiday home for groups is located in Wieda, a district of the Walkenried municipality. Its hillside location offers fantastic views of the beautiful Harz landscape. The terrace, which is not overlooked from the outside and features a garden house, is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your free time in peace. The house offers a pleasant stay for large groups with its open fireplace in the living room, balcony, and separate lounge. The house's proximity to the edge of the forest makes it an ideal starting point for many interesting hikes. Hikers and nature lovers can experience untouched nature, green meadows, and fragrant forests on a well-marked network of hiking trails in the Harz National Park. Excursions to the nearby surroundings are also possible: the spa towns of Bad Harzburg and Bad Sachsa, the Treetop Walk, the Unicorn Cave, the Salt Spa, and much more.

Please note: The owner does not welcome guests purely for partying, such as bachelor parties, in this house. Please accept that any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the tenancy without refund of any payments already made.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
