Flexibility: The house is keyless. You'll receive a code in advance, giving you complete flexibility upon arrival!

Comfort: A private parking space is located right outside the door. Fast fiber optic internet is included.

Ground floor: Open-plan living/dining area with a comfortable sofa, 55-inch smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Separate guest WC.

Outdoor area: Terrace and a small, fenced garden. A children's playground is just 50 meters from the house!

Upper floor: Two bedrooms with blackout curtains (one with a double bed 180x200 cm, one with a bunk bed 90x200 cm) and a modern shower room.

Family Extras: Free travel cot, highchair, and stair gate.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
