The round blue house in East Frisia over 3 floors. Enjoy a special kind of holiday in a special house. The holiday home Leuchtturm offers you approx. 65 m² of living space spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen (incl. electric cooker with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, baking tins, dishwasher and washing machine and complete crockery) and the bathroom with shower and WC. There is also an iron and ironing board. The Panorama Teahouse is connected to the lighthouse by a small corridor and has panoramic windows on all four sides, allowing a panoramic view of the property. The living/dining area with SAT-TV is located in the teahouse. Free internet access (W-Lan) with a limited data volume. There is also a telephone connection for free calls to the German landline network. On the terrace with the garden furniture belonging to the house you can enjoy the mild summer evenings at the brick barbecue or make yourself comfortable on the sunbathing lawn. On the first floor is the first sleeping area with a double box-spring bed. This bedroom also has a SAT-TV. From the bunk bed with a sleeping area of approx. 1.2 x 2 metres between the first and second floors, you can lie down on your own. You can look out of the window while lying down. The second sleeping area with a double bed is located on the second floor. Above the double bed there is a small TFT monitor for satellite TV. The house is well equipped with tiled and laminate flooring. At the top of the tower, a folding seat offers 360° panoramic views. Car and bicycles can be parked in the carport. The property is fully fenced and gives mum and dad the opportunity to relax, as the children cannot leave without permission. There is a whirlpool and sauna house in the garden which can be used all year round. Energy costs are incurred for the use of the whirlpool. The whirlpool can only be booked for the entire stay. The sauna is switched on via a coin-operated control unit. Bed linen is available on request. The sauna house and outdoor whirlpool are located in the garden. The sauna and whirlpool are generally available all year round. Although the sauna and whirlpool are regularly maintained and checked, it is theoretically possible for something to break. We would therefore like to point out that there is no legal claim to the sauna and whirlpool. Bicycles can be hired nearby.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
