Our new, 103 m² holiday home is located in a small holiday park in the Emsland region. It sits on a spacious plot of land with its own jetty and boat, directly on the Neuringer Moorsee lake. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation as well as a variety of activities such as horseback riding, cycling, or excursions in the surrounding area. Ideal for families, seniors, nature lovers, dog owners, and cyclists!

Our modern, single-story holiday home features two large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a separate guest toilet, and a sauna.

The modern eat-in kitchen is furnished to a high standard. Two additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed.

Two terraces with lake views invite you to relax.

Two parking spaces are available directly at the house. One dog is permitted for an additional fee.

The house is non-smoking.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
