The historic timber-framed house Uhlenhorst was completely renovated to a high standard in 1995. The offered unit, "Steinkauz" (Little Owl), occupies the entire self-contained southern half of the house and has its own private entrance.

It offers 180 square meters of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living rooms. It comprises the main apartment (5 stars) and the upper apartment (4 stars), which are connected by a shared entrance hall and a spacious staircase within the unit.

On the ground floor, the 45-square-meter main room serves as a larger living room, combined with the dining area and adjoining kitchen, which is equipped for eight people. This sun-drenched room has direct access to the garden terrace.
