Due to increased demand for more individuality in fitters' accommodation, we currently offer a flat on the ground floor of our guest house with up to 4 rooms for craftsmen and fitters. You can rent the whole flat, complete with all 4 rooms, or you can rent each room individually.
The rooms are between 11 and 12 square metres in size and have friendly, modern furnishings with everything that fitters have asked for in the past. A single room allows its occupants to maintain any desired minimum distance from other people due to the coronavirus. The furnishings consist of a comfortable 100x200m bed with a first-class mattress, a comfortable reclining armchair with side table, DVB-T TV, a wardrobe panel and a pantry. So that you can cater for your own breakfast and dinner, the equipment includes your own fridge, a water heater, a combination appliance for cooking, baking, grilling and heating up ready meals or alternatively a hotplate and a pizza oven as well as a toaster, plates, cups and cutlery. Of course, there is also a dining area in every room. It is possible to use our WiFi hotspot. In the corridor of the flat there is a sink unit, 4 waste separation containers and 2 toilets as well as 2 showers, a fully automatic washing machine and an electric tumble dryer (chargeable) with automatic payment.

As this is craftsman accommodation, the facilities are not suitable for families or individuals with children. It is also not possible to bring pets.
