The house offers three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a bunk bed), a large living and dining room with an adjoining summer garden (smoking area), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a kitchen with a dining area.

There is also an open and a covered terrace.

A washing machine, barbecue, two adult bicycles, a child's balance bike, a Berg go-kart, a selection of games, etc., are included.

A fishing boat (motor available for an additional fee) and a double kayak are also available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
