After a comprehensive renovation in 2012, our holiday farm is the perfect holiday destination for families with children, anglers, cyclists and older guests. Enjoy the quiet location and the proximity to riding facilities right next door at Thölen Hof - a dream for every holidaymaker who loves the sea and nature.

Our 85sqm holiday flat impresses with its careful and loving furnishings. It is at ground level and completely barrier-free, so that both young and old guests with disabilities are very welcome here. The flat offers a comfortable eat-in kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen, which has a dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The cosy brown fabric sofa and an armchair in the living area invite you to relax, while the white country-style bedroom with a large wardrobe and mirror promises pure relaxation. Another bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed as well as a wardrobe and desk is ideal for children.

The large garden of our holiday farm is a paradise for our little guests. With a trampoline, various play vehicles and football goals, there is plenty to discover and experience. Meanwhile, parents can relax on the sun lounger, round off the day with a cosy barbecue or watch the sunset. Located right next to the house, there's also a dyke for keen anglers.

Numerous attractive excursion destinations await you in the neighbourhood of Landhaus Markus. From our holiday flats, you can easily reach the North Sea resort of Dangast, Bremerhaven with the Climate House and the Emigration Centre as well as the Zoo by the Sea. In addition to the many maritime experiences, you can also discover the rare "floating moor" of Sehestedt or take a trip to the seal banks. For active holidaymakers, there is the nearby Weser cycle path and the opportunity to go on mudflat hikes, which provide an insight into the fascinating world of the Wadden Sea.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
