The flat is quietly located in an apartment complex in the immediate vicinity of the spa gardens of Sankt Andreasberg, surrounded by beautiful old beech trees. The flat block is a terraced building on a slope. The design of the house means that you sit on the terrace surrounded by green treetops. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace all afternoon and evening. The view extends to the mountains and valleys of the Oberharz opposite. Enjoying the sunset is a special experience.

Nothing stands in the way of a nice barbecue evening on the large, partially covered terrace, as you have a Weber electric barbecue at your disposal during your stay.

The flat covers approx. 39 m² and is fully refurbished. The living room has a size of approx. 20m². In addition to a flat-screen TV (with satellite connection), free WLAN and a landline telephone are of course also included to make you feel at home. There is an extensively equipped fitted kitchen. The kitchen inventory includes a large fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (either for Senseo pods or filter bags), a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, a coffee insulating jug, etc. In the bathroom, equipped with WC, washbasin and shower, our guests also have a hairdryer, hand washing soap and cosmetic tissues at their disposal. We have also thought of the little comforts such as sewing kit, handkerchiefs, a collection of games, woollen blankets for the balcony, etc.

Illuminated car parking spaces are located directly at the house. Sustainable energy supply is very important to us. The flat is therefore supplied with green electricity from environmentally friendly energy sources. We ask you not to smoke in the entire flat. The terrace is available for this purpose. Pets are permitted on request.

Enjoy your stay in the highest mountain town in the Harz Mountains, the climatic health resort of Sankt Andreasberg. The national park community lies at an altitude of 600 to 900 metres and a natural paradise awaits you here at any time of year. The town centre with all shopping facilities is within walking distance. If you don't want to cook, there are several nice restaurants in the neighbourhood that you can easily reach on foot.

Of course, we also provide a free travel cot and a high chair for our "very young guests". Children under 6 years are free of charge and do not count as a third person in the maximum occupancy.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
