The family-friendly holiday flat "Stern" is in a very quiet location in Rollshausen. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, fridge, microwave, oven).
The large bathroom has a nice shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.
There is a conservatory with a smoking area to enjoy a cup of coffee.
Whether a family or friends (up to 5 people possible) want to make a nice time in this super quiet location or fitters who have earned an after-work, all are welcome.
About 4-6 km from Rollshausen there is a petrol station, shopping facilities and also a pharmacy. There is a playground and sports field in the village.
Since Harz has great motorbike routes, lockable parking spaces are available free of charge for motorbike guests.
The flat is in a quiet location and is run by a family business, with attention to detail. We try to cater for every guest so that all guests have a good time.
The beautiful old town of Duderstadt, which is 9 km away, has great shopping facilities, pharmacies, playgrounds.
The Seeburger See which is 6 km away, offers a great opportunity to walk around the lake, there is a great cafe and a dream playground for the children on the way.
The Harz National Park has numerous excursion possibilities for walking and relaxing, such as Bad Lauterberg (25 km away), Sank Andreasberg (35 km away) or Braunlage (44 km away).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
