The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Wonderful holiday flat - close to the "Steinhuder Meer" - with a large south-west facing roof terrace in a beautiful residential area with detached houses. The roof terrace has an area of 18 m² and invites you to enjoy a marvellous sunset in the evening. For our four-legged holiday guests, a small path just around the corner invites you to take a walk in the nearby forest. This means that "walking the dog" is also taken care of. As the holiday flat has two large bedrooms, there is enough space for a family with children. Of course, there is a car park directly in front of the house for those arriving by car.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
