Detailed information

Our house is located directly in the health resort of Polle, in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet still centrally located. The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and is designed for up to 4 people. From April 2018, we have a second, larger apartment available for up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! This apartment occupies the upper balcony and attic and can be booked for 2 people or more, as one floor is designed for 2. It is apartment 2 on Traumferienwohnung!

From the living room and bedroom, you can access the balcony, where you can enjoy the sun all day long and have a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery and the castle ruins. The spacious living room also features a cozy reading corner. Satellite TV, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi are included.

The separate kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. The entire apartment has tiled or laminate flooring and blinds. In addition to the balcony, you can relax in the garden in a beach chair.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
