The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a stereo and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue and a garden and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with a steam shower, two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a stove, a microwave and a dishwasher.

A canoe belongs to the house, which gives you the optimal opportunity to experience the Water and Landscape Park. You can put the canoe in the water directly by the house. Please note that the use of the canoe is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance. All in all, this house offers the perfect setting for a wellness holiday in your own cottage. Furthermore, in 2021, a parking space will be built for 3 cars. Nearby there are countless activity opportunities - experience i.a. the beautiful Cuxland with the yellow rapeseed fields, rivers and dikes either by bike or on foot. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.

On 500 meter of WELLNESS you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 10 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 600 meter. You can also relax, because near WELLNESS in Otterndorf you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
