Ideally situated in the first row to the water, the cottage invites guests to relax and explore the landscape from its open and covered terraces—perfect for sunbathing or evening barbecues. A canoe, available for use at the guests' responsibility, can accommodate two adults and two children, offering a unique way to discover the park’s winding canals. The location is peaceful yet accessible, with nearby walking trails and docking spots to enjoy the area from the water. The lake-facing bedroom features an additional TV, and the entire house benefits from air conditioning and high-speed internet access available since 2015. The property includes two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and underfloor heating. One bathroom features a Scandinavian-style sauna and a whirlpool with therapy jets for soothing hydro-massage. The well-maintained exterior invites outdoor living, while the thoughtfully equipped interior ensures convenience throughout the stay. A security deposit is required for youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
