This flat is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house with garden - truly "in the countryside" - directly at the foot of the surrounding mountains before the Lerbacher Serpentinen near the ski slope and NaturErlebnisPark and is divided into a living room with couch, flat screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed (two seven-zone cold foam mattresses 2.00 m x 0.90 m), a bathroom with shower / WC, a hallway with dining table and a modern kitchen.

Close to the ski lift, start of numerous hiking trails. Directly at the foot of the Lerbacher Serpentinen, numerous leisure activities in the Harz Mountains can be reached in just a few minutes. The Lerbacher NaturErlebnisPark is only a few minutes away, and there are also numerous swimming ponds, cultural highlights and entertainment activities in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shops are 10 minutes away from the accommodation (Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe). There is a shop selling bread rolls and drinks just down the road in the village. A bowling alley is about 10 minutes away, as is the Osteroder swimming pool.
There are two public car parks and one private car park in front of the building.
