A 1500 m2 large, idyllic property with sunbathing lawn, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue as well as a car park on the property and storage room for bicycles are available.

The flat has two bedrooms with double beds. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room are also available. There is also a spacious living room. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. The landlord only accepts small dogs (up to 10kg).

In the state-approved resort of Riefensbeek-Kamschlacken, twelve km from the centre of Osterode and on the edge of the Harz National Park. In the middle of Harz nature, near the Sösetalsperre, directly in front of the house, all well-known Harz hiking trails start: the Baudensteig, the Försterstieg and the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
