Central heating and a wood-burning stove in the living room provide cosy warmth on chilly days, while the new infrared sauna offers a special opportunity to relax. The spacious living area invites you to linger, and meals can be celebrated together in the well-equipped kitchen. Practical helpers such as an integrated heat pump dryer and a washing machine in the bathroom emphasise the comfort of this holiday home.

Outside, you will find a small garden and a terrace for private use, perfectly equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for cosy evenings outdoors. The outdoor area of the house is therefore the ideal place to unwind and enjoy time with family or friends. However, families with children or dog owners should note that the house is only suitable to a limited extent due to the existing stairs; there may be an additional charge for dogs.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities, particularly suitable for families. Explore the breathtaking landscape on bike tours, visit the Wingst play park with attractions such as a summer toboggan run and a tree ropes course, enjoy nature at the zoo and find relaxation on playgrounds and a football pitch in the immediate vicinity. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
