The cosy 6-room house is spread over two floors and has a living space of around 125 m². On the ground floor you will find an inviting living room with a seating area and terrace access, a dining room with space for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and freezer. A shower room with WC completes the offer. Upstairs you will find two double rooms, two twin rooms and a further WC. Facilities include a TV, compact stereo system, washing machine, tumble dryer and electric heating, as well as free WLAN.

The outdoor area of our holiday home extends over a 3000 m² open lawn, ideal as a play area with swing and sandpit. A carport offers space for your vehicle. Relax on the wind-protected terrace, enjoy the benefits of the brick-built outdoor barbecue or relax on the sun loungers provided.

Unwind and explore the varied surroundings. Whether cycling tours, hiking in the Wingst Nature Park, fishing or a round of water skiing - the region offers numerous leisure activities. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
