On the ground floor, you'll find a spa-like bathroom with a whirlpool, separate shower, and a private sauna, perfect for relaxation.

Through the hallway, you'll enter the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an adjoining dining area. Here, you can prepare meals to your liking.

The living area, furnished with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, provides the perfect setting to unwind in front of the crackling fireplace on chilly evenings.

Step out onto the terrace and enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding flora and fauna. It's the ideal place to end the day in summer.

A staircase leads to the upper floor gallery, which also offers stunning views of the lake through its panoramic windows.

Upstairs, you'll also find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed.

The house is located close to the city center in a quiet, waterfront setting near Lake Vechte.

There is direct access to the cycling network of the renowned cycling city of Nordhorn. Nearby attractions include the Nordhorn Zoo, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a skate park, shops, and a cinema.

The Dutch border is just a short bike ride away. A pedal boat rental is located on nearby Lake Vechte, providing direct access to the city center's canals and the lakeside park.

The pricing takes into account potential disruptions from construction work.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
