The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, three televisions, five heaters, a heater, a radio and a stair gate. In addition there is an air conditioner, a hot tub, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a pond and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is toys and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and an oven.

Welcome to our holiday home Huus Sünnschien, completed in August 2023. Carefully designed with attention to detail, it offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat from the very first moment.

Rental prices are based on 5 guests and include electricity, water and heating. Guests also receive a free digital Grafschafter Guest Card, offering discounts with more than 20 partners for public transport, mobility, leisure and culture.

A parking space and lockable bicycle shed are available free of charge. Bed and bath linen, firewood, bread delivery and bicycles can be ordered for an additional fee. The house is non-smoking.

The spacious living and dining area features air conditioning, a fireplace, a large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with a counter. From here, you can access the terrace with comfortable loungers. The garden also has a lounge area with a solar parasol beside the water.

The ground floor includes a private wellness bathroom with a sauna, whirlpool and shower, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and integrated dryer.

Upstairs, a cosy sofa on the gallery offers views of the Seepark. Both bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds. An additional daylight WC provides extra convenience.

Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed, which also has a power socket for charging e-bikes.

The house is peacefully located by the water near Vechtesee. From April to October, a canoe for up to four people is available free of charge.

Enjoy boat trips on the Vechte, explore numerous cycling routes or visit the local indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The Nordhorn Zoo and nearby Netherlands are also ideal for day trips. Nordhorn offers cafés, restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance.

Please note that construction work may take place in the newly developed Seepark during your stay. We kindly ask for your understanding that subsequent complaints regarding this will not be accepted.

On 300 meter of 468609 you will find one or more restaurants. You can also relax, because near 468609 in Nordhorn you can go to the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
