The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a stereo, a heather, a fireplace, two televisions and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a hot tub and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine and a freezer.

"Seeschlößchen-Nordhorn". Our holiday home is located in the Nordhorn Lake Park, directly on a small lake.

The Seeschlößchen in the Lake Park is situated on the edge of Nordhorn's city center. The city center is just a few meters away, so all shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. The Lake Park, nestled in greenery, connects directly to the Grafschaft Bentheim cycling network and is perfect for long bike rides.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
