Our 47m² holiday apartment in the Dünenrose building is lovingly furnished, very spacious, and bright. The location is perfect.

The apartment is rented to a maximum of two people. It is located on the ground floor and is therefore also suitable for seniors. The two interconnected terraces, as well as the swimming pool and sauna, invite you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen will help you prepare your own meals. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building. There are private parking spaces in front of the building, which—subject to availability—can also be used by our guests. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and is furnished with high-quality solid wood furniture from Hartmann. The floors are granite.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
