All this is just a few minutes' walk away. The double village also offers the ideal starting point for further excursions by bike and car. The cycle path is about 200 metres behind the house. The North Sea resorts can be reached by car in approx. 15 minutes, Bremerhaven with its fishing harbour or the overseas port in approx. 20-30 minutes. Just ask, there is a lot to discover. A highlight - the opening of the Butjenter Brauhaus at the end of 2016 in the double village. Great atmosphere, delicious beers and small delicacies, as well as delicious food. Bicycles can be parked in our garage if required, where you can also carry out minor repairs yourself. A bike hire shop is located approx. 200 m from the holiday flat (also e-bikes). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this non-smoking flat.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
