This small holiday home features two separate bedrooms, a shower room, and a lovely living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including an induction hob, oven, and dishwasher.

The house has air conditioning and underfloor heating, which, like the entire house, is powered by a photovoltaic system. All windows are triple-glazed and equipped with electric shutters.

Free Wi-Fi and internet TV are available in the living room and master bedroom.

The garden offers several seating areas, a gas grill, and a trampoline for children.

Two folding e-bikes with chargers can be rented separately for a daily fee of €5 per bike.

Please bring your own bed linen and towels, or alternatively, they can be rented for a one-time fee of €10/€5 per person.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
