The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there are two terraces and two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

Holiday Home "Arcadia"

The "Arcadia" holiday home in Neuharlingersiel offers approximately 80 square meters of living space, including a comfortable living room with an integrated kitchen, ideal for shared meals and socializing. It features four bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with twin beds, one with bunk beds, and one with a double bed and a single bed in the attic.

For your convenience, there are two bathrooms with showers and toilets. The ground floor also offers a terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. A shared utility room with a washing machine and dryer is available for a fee.

To ensure a pleasant stay, the holiday home is suitable for allergy sufferers; however, pets are not allowed. The house can accommodate 4 to 9 people and one infant.

Optional services such as bed linen, towels, and baby furniture can be booked for an additional fee.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
