Forest lodge, secluded location, 30 km/35 min to Göttingen. 21 sq m eat-in kitchen with plenty of south-facing glass and a wood-burning stove. South-facing terrace with separate access. Modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a large, walk-in shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms (23 sq m and 16 sq m), a connecting room with a sofa bed, and a second toilet.

All living areas have wooden floorboards or beech parquet flooring. Summer pasture for horses next to the house. Garden sauna with a Finnish wood-burning stove. The treehouse (sleeps 2) can be used upon request during the warmer months.

Fresh eggs from the chickens that occasionally poop in the yard and firewood for the fireplace and sauna are included.
