The upper floor houses a cosy bedroom with a double bed, open wardrobe and bedside tables as well as a bathroom with shower and all the necessary amenities such as hairdryer, make-up mirror and towels. There are two further sleeping areas under the roof.

Outside, the small courtyard with table, chairs, deckchair and parasol offers an idyllic place to enjoy sunny days or balmy evenings in a private atmosphere. There is a lockable bicycle shed with electricity for cyclists and a car park right next to the property, making your stay particularly convenient.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
