The apartment has one bedroom and a comfortable living and dining area with a large window front and access to the sun terrace. There is also a utility room with its own washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The refrigerator has a small freezer compartment. A dishwasher is also provided. The coffee machine is a filter coffee maker.

A co-working space (one workstation in a shared office) can be booked upon request.

Dogs are very welcome and are always welcome guests. Please note: several dogs live on our property and occasionally roam freely. All are well-socialized and get along well with other dogs.

The complex offers a shared sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available upon request for a small fee.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
