Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 Baths/showers/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Private indoor pool on the ground floor.

Lembruch 10 km from the centre of Diepholz, 26 km from the centre of Vechta, 45 km from the centre of Osnabrück, on the lake, on the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra). Children's pool, children's playground. Private: terraced garden (not fenced). In the complex: restaurant, bar, sauna, massage, hot tub (all extra), relaxation room, spa area for shared use (extra), kiosk. Parking at the house. Bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Dümmer See" 50 m, bathing lake "Dümmer See" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, sailing school 200 m. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
