The approximately **71 m² ground-floor apartment** accommodates up to **4 people plus a baby**. It features a comfortable living area with a seating area, smart TV, DVD player, and radio, as well as a well-equipped, separate kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and other kitchen appliances. The dining table seats up to 8 people.

Two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and USB/USB-C ports ensure comfort; one bedroom also has a TV. The bathroom features a corner shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer, and hairdryer.

The apartment includes a private garden with a terrace, patio furniture, and a beach chair, as well as bicycle storage. Wi-Fi is free, and the apartment is non-smoking.
