The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a stereo. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

Hello and welcome to our holiday apartment “Dorfkoje”!

Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment “Dorfkoje” (renovation completed in spring 2025) invites you to enjoy relaxing days in a peaceful setting – very close to the “Am Wall” horse pastures. Located on the first floor of an apartment building, the apartment offers approximately 60 square meters of living space for up to four people and a small child in a crib.

In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings with family or friends – complete with a smart TV for cozy streaming. Right next door is the well-equipped kitchen with everything a cook could wish for: a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and many other practical kitchen gadgets. The large dining table with a rounded seating area comfortably accommodates up to six people – ideal for convivial meals.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings with family or friends – and of course, a smart TV for enjoyable streaming. The apartment features two stylish bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 with a box-spring bed (180x200cm) and a flat-screen TV

- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (also 180x200cm) and a flat-screen TV

The modern, bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. For longer stays, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building's shared laundry room.

Save the date: Starting in the 2026 season, the apartment will also feature a private balcony and a infrared sauna for extra relaxation – perfect for pampering your body and mind after a day on the island.

Your furry friend is also very welcome! We charge €10.00 per night for your pet.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
