Furnished with great attention to detail and completely renovated and modernized in early 2025, our charming apartment "Minna" in Haus Leiß offers approximately 45 square meters of space for up to four people plus a crib – perfect for couples or small families. The apartment is located on the ground floor (front section) of a well-maintained apartment building in a quiet yet central location. The town center and train station are just a short walk away.
The light-filled living and dining area is the heart of the apartment: The comfortable sofa bed with a high-quality spring mattress invites you to relax – ideal for a cozy evening in front of the flat-screen TV. The dining area seats up to four people and is directly adjacent to the modern kitchen. This is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and much more – everything you need for a carefree stay.
The apartment is located on the ground floor (front section) of a well-maintained apartment building in a quiet yet central location. From the living area, you'll find a tastefully furnished bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed and an additional flat-screen TV – for extra comfort and a restful sleep.
The bright, naturally lit bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet, offering everything you need for a refreshing start to your day.
A real highlight: your own small terrace with comfortable furniture and a parasol – perfect for relaxing outdoors. A well-maintained communal garden is also available for your use.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome – for an additional €25 per night, they can join you in exploring the island.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
