Located in a tranquil setting on Langeoog, our lovingly renovated villa awaits you – a spacious retreat for up to 7 people plus an infant. Since 2023, Villa "Wilhelmstein" has combined modern comfort, stylish design, and thoughtful amenities across approximately 138 square meters of living space on two floors – ideal for families, friends, or couples with discerning tastes.
Living in comfort and style
On the ground floor, you'll find an elegant, concrete-effect kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and many practical kitchen gadgets.
The adjoining dining room, with a large table for up to 8 people and a UHD TV, provides the perfect setting for convivial meals.
The bright living area, with its spacious sofa, 75-inch UHD TV, and wood-burning stove, invites you to cozy evenings – a true highlight, especially during the winter months. For additional entertainment, there's a PlayStation 4 with Blu-ray player and a selection of games – ideal for guests of all ages.
Your private recreation room: Billiards in the conservatory
A special highlight is the stylish conservatory with its own billiard table – perfect for relaxing afternoons or convivial evenings with friends and family.

Also on the ground floor: an exclusive sauna area with a infrared cabin, radio, and TV – your own personal escape from everyday life. A separate guest WC is also available.

The fenced garden offers plenty of space to play, romp around, or simply relax – ideal for children and dogs.
Your furry friend is welcome – we charge an additional €10.00 per night for this.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
