Forget the stress of everyday life and let yourself be enchanted by the unspoilt nature. Our holiday homes are located directly next to the forest, hiking trails/cycle paths start right behind the house and invite you to take long walks and cycle tours.

The holiday homes are located in a cul-de-sac (private road)

Lautenthal would like to take you to one of the most romantic valleys in the Harz. The Innerstenstausee is only 10 minutes away, the Innerste can be reached in 1 minute. Lautenthal has an outdoor swimming pool and the Harzer Schnitzelkönig (10 min. walk) offers excellent food.

Here you can recharge your batteries, breathe in the fresh scent of flowers and the clear air of the Upper Harz forests. The fox and the raccoon come right up to the house.

All holiday homes have a car parking space, garden furniture, barbecue, flat screen TV with cable TV, stereo system with CD player, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, Senceo coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker etc....
Of course you will also find all the "small stuff" from the frying pan to the coffee spoon.

Our houses are equipped as follows:

The many hiking trails invite you to take long walks with your dog. Pets are very welcome here. Bookings with two or more pets are not possible.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
