Our holiday apartment 2 was renovated in 2014 (new mattresses, new look, new sofa, etc.).

It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds).

The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living room includes a kitchenette and a dining table.

You have direct access to your terrace from the living room.

The apartment is entirely on one level (including the walk-in shower), making it particularly suitable for seniors or families with young children.

One (or more) parking spaces are located directly in front of the entrance.

From the terrace, you can overlook the entire garden with its pool, playground, bouncy castle, etc.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
