Our newly built holiday apartment is approximately 55 square meters and invites you to relax and unwind.

The entrance area features a hallway with a wardrobe, from which a staircase leads to the upper living area.

The upper living area comprises an open-plan kitchen/living area. The kitchen area includes a large dining table with chairs. It is also equipped with an oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and air fryer.

The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and loungers, as well as a television.

From the open-plan kitchen/living area, you can access the adjacent bedroom and the separate bathroom.

The bedroom has a large bed, which will be freshly made up for your arrival. A chest of drawers and a clothes rail with hangers are also provided.

The separate bathroom, accessible from the kitchen/living area, has a shower, toilet, and sink. Towels are also provided.

Outside, in a quiet corner of our property, you will find a seating area with a grill and sunshade. A car parking space and bicycle parking spaces are available for you. You also have the option of charging your e-bikes here.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
