This semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area in Hitzacker.

On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen, a living/dining room with a fireplace and TV, a shower room, and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine.

Double patio doors lead directly from the living room to the wooden terrace. A cot and a travel cot can be provided upon request. A highchair is also available.

Only eco-friendly building materials were used throughout the house, including Auro wall paints and Auro hard oil finish on the wooden floors. Bed linens and towels are made of organic cotton. Cleaning is done with eco-friendly cleaning products.
