The modernly furnished apartment is situated in a detached house on a roughly 3,500 sq m property, surrounded by trees, bushes, and flowers.

Ample parking is available.

An external staircase leads to the garden level and the separate holiday apartment with a living/kitchen area and two bedrooms. It can accommodate 1-5 people. The open-plan living area is furnished with two modern leather sofas, a stereo system, and an LED TV. Wi-Fi is available as an option.

The terrace and sunbathing lawn are accessible from all rooms and invite you to relax.

The apartment can be expanded to include a small additional apartment with a bathroom, bedroom, and living room.
