The house was completely renovated in spring 2019 and is now ready and looking forward to welcoming lovely and nice guests.

Our holiday home with charm and soul is located in the beautiful village of Hage. The house stands on a beautiful plot of 900 square metres and is completely fenced in. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it has 2 terraces. It is in an absolutely quiet location and all sights are within easy reach.
Norddeich is 12 km from the house, Norden 6 and Hage is only 450 m away. All necessary shopping facilities can be reached in only 3-5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike.

In addition to the lovingly furnished house, the property is certainly another highlight. There are a total of 2 terraces at the house which are wonderful at any time of day. In addition to our seating for up to 4 people, there is a large garden that is completely fenced in and surrounded by a hedge. It has a large meadow. The fence is 1.60 metres high.

The house is completely at ground level, is approx. 100 square metres in size and has a large, bright and light-flooded living room with a wood-burning stove, a bright dining room and 2 bright bedrooms with a double bed 180 x 200. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub, washbasin and separate WC. A bright country kitchen invites you to cook and a utility room provides enough space for supplies.

Norddeich is only 12 km away and a public swimming pool is only 3.6 km away. The beautiful town of Norden is 6 km away and the beautiful Lütetsburg Castle Park is only 2.2 km away. The house is a good starting point for exploring the East Frisian Islands. Greetsiel is only 20 minutes away. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in the small village of Hage, just 450 metres from the house.

The lawn is maintained daily by a robot mower. Dogs are very welcome. The wood-burning stove in the living room adds a special touch.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
