Inside, a cosy living area with flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio awaits you for hours of entertainment. The eat-in kitchen invites you to linger and is well equipped with an oven, fridge, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. Two bedrooms ensure your peace and quiet - one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and TV and the other ideal for children with a single bed (90x200 cm), desk and wardrobe. A cot and high chair are also available. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub as well as underfloor heating for cosy warmth and a washing machine for your exclusive use.
The outdoor area has a beautiful terrace that invites you to relax in the open air. Enjoy your meals here or round off the day with a glass of wine. A car park right next to the house and storage facilities for bicycles you bring with you offer additional comfort. For younger guests, there is a playground in the immediate vicinity within easy walking distance.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
