We completely renovated our holiday home for you in April 2022.

We invite you to relax and unwind away from home. Our holiday apartment on the lower level is lovingly and comfortably furnished. The apartment offers everything you need for a successful holiday. Whether you prefer spending a sunny afternoon on the terrace or taking the available 5 hp motorboat out on the Timmeler Meer lake, we have something for everyone. On cooler days, cozy up with a good book in the living room or use our infrared sauna – design your holiday according to your wishes; here you can leave everyday life behind at any time of year.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
