We offer a total of four holiday flats (ground floor, approx. 75 sqm, 1st floor approx. 45 sqm, TinyFlat with approx. 30 sqm and bunk bed and our garden flat with approx. 35 sqm floor space) in a detached house in the countryside with approx. 8,000 sqm of fenced-in free-range area for your four-legged companion. The flats can be rented separately. There are separate entrances! Of course, the whole house or several flats can be rented at the same time. There is a conservatory with a pool table and table football for everyone to use.
The outdoor play area can be accessed directly from each flat, each flat has its own small fenced area - no need to keep your dog on a lead, no stress with unwanted encounters, open the door and let the fun begin!
The garden flat is a modern apartment on the ground floor, 35 sqm, studio flat, open-plan living/sleeping area, open-plan kitchen area, rain shower, tiles, FB heating in an ensemble with 3 other holiday flats in a house in the countryside. Approx. 8,000 square metres of fenced-in outdoor area for your four-legged companions. Direct access from the house - no need to put them on a lead, just open the door and let the fun begin! This flat has its own small extra garden with terrace, direct exit from the kitchen. Breakfast in the sunshine on your own terrace - pure relaxation! Your dogs can roam freely in the garden and run.

This 35 m², modern and open-plan flat with living and sleeping area and fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Senseo coffee pod machine. In addition, there is a "normal" coffee machine and a kettle.in the bathroom you will find a rain shower next to the toilet and washbasin.in the sleeping area there is a double bed (180 x 200).the sofa in the living area can be converted into a sleeping place for two more people if required.the entire flat is equipped with WLAN connection, underfloor heating and dog-friendly, non-slip tiles.
The town of Bad Bederkesa is approx. 2 km away. There are various shops, restaurants, the Moortherme with sauna and brine thermal bath. The historic castle is also worth a visit. The Beerster See lake with its circular hiking trail is also highly recommended for an active holiday with your dog. In Dorum-Neufeld, approx. 25 km away, there is a dog beach where you can go for long walks - off the lead - in the mudflats at low tide - always a great experience for people and dogs! Cuxhaven is approx. 40 km away, Bremerhaven approx. 25 km. The Natureum in Balje, the zoo in Wingst with its wolf enclosure, the Moor Information Centre in Ahlenfalkenberg (to name just a few of the excursion destinations) invite you to further excursions in the immediate vicinity.
The special thing about all our flats is that we do not limit the number of dogs you want to spend your holiday with or the size of your furry friends. We are very dog-friendly and love to watch our four-legged friends digging, romping, running, etc. Maybe you feel the same way - just give it a try!

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
