Spacious and inviting, our accommodation covers around 100 square metres on the upper floor of a block of flats. Only about 1.5 km from the centre of Friesoythe, it is the perfect starting point for exploring the area. You can easily reach the North Sea in an hour by car, as well as the Norderney and Baltrum ferry terminals.

Inside, the flat impresses with meticulous furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. It offers two bedrooms - one with two box-spring beds and a sofa bed, the second with two further box-spring beds, so that up to six people can be accommodated comfortably. For your comfort, we offer plenty of wardrobes and storage space. In the living room, a cosy upholstered suite invites you to relax, which also serves as a sleeping area for two people. If required, you can use the existing desk with office chair and b/w laser printer for home office days. A fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a small counter including three bar stools is also available, as is free WiFi.

The outside area contributes to relaxation with its beautiful balcony. This invites you to round off the evenings with a glass of wine or a barbecue - an electric barbecue is available. A secure car park on the property guarantees that your vehicle is safely parked.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
