The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a terrace and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two showers, three toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a fridge.

The cozy living room with a wood-burning stove invites you to relax, while the kitchen with dining area offers everything you need for shared meals. The house includes two bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as an additional separate toilet.

Three bedrooms, each with two beds, offer ample space. A special highlight is the second floor, perfect as a private retreat for children or teenagers. A sunny terrace, a storage room, a carport, and an additional parking space at the house complete the offering. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday!

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please note that fitters, construction workers and other business travelers are not allowed in this property. Even if you have made a booking, you will not be granted access to the accommodation. We rent exclusively for tourist purposes and thank you for your understanding.

On 800 meter of Klipper I you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 1,6 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Klipper I in Butjadingen you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
