The comfortable and cosy Mettje holiday flat on the Butjadingen peninsula is located on a side street with little traffic. It is part of a large historic, listed farm complex and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, where the "Langwarder Groden" nature trail also begins.
The landlords live on the farm. They are happy to give tips for activities, restaurants etc.
The ground floor, about 70 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: Living room area with a cosy sofa set and flatscreen TV/SAT TV; a bedroom next to it with double bed/box spring bed (1.80 m); a bedroom with 2 single beds - the beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave on request, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dining area with 6 chairs, as well as an adjoining bathroom with barrier-free shower and infrared sauna, hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, tea towel, washing-up set are included in the price.
The flat is barrier-free. A walbox is available for electric cars and there is storage space for bicycles etc. in the large hallway. E-bikes can also be charged there. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available to all guests for communal use. The hosts offer a bread roll service. A cot and high chair are available for small children on request.
Directly in front of the flat there is a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and two garden loungers, you have a view of the flowering meadow and the old tree stand! A charcoal barbecue is available - The spacious and park-like property offers plenty of space to play, e. g. badminton, Viking chess etc. or just to relax. You can play table tennis in the large hallway. The location is very quiet, with little through traffic.
There is a free car park with a walbox opposite the flat.
A travel cot and a high chair are available on request.
The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided for each guest. Tea towel, washing-up set, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent etc. are also available. There is an infrared sauna in the bathroom.

Sustainability is a priority - the energy for the underfloor heating and hot water comes from a heat pump and a PV system.
Guests with e-cars can charge their car at the Walbox directly at the car park and e-bikes can be parked in the large hallway.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a small utility room and are accessible to all guests.
Storage facilities for bicycles, bicycle racks, pushchairs etc. are available in the large barn, as is a charging facility for e-bikes.
The distance to the Lower Saxon Wadden Sea National Park is 5 minutes on foot. The idyllic cutter harbour Fedderwardersiel with its restaurants, fish stalls and the National Park House can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The Wega excursion boat also departs from there for its trips to the Wadden Sea. The beach/art promenade in the direction of Burhave also starts there.
Burhave is approx. 3 km away - where there are many tourist attractions, e. g. North Sea lagoon (tide-independent bathing in salt water), beach, surf/kite school, viewing platform, adventure golf, playground, play barn, tourist information centre, bicycle hire, etc.
Mudflat walks are possible in Tossens/8 km and Eckwarderhörne/15 km.
You can explore the countryside by bike. But there is also plenty to discover on foot and free bus travel with the guest card.
Bremerhaven can be reached through the tunnel in 50 minutes or from Blexen by ferry (great view of Bremerhaven).
Oldenburg and Wilhelmshaven are approx. 1 hour away by car. Bremen is approx. 1.5 hours away.

Payment terms and -periods
