A luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a tastefully furnished living room with a large sofa, reading corner, and large dining table leave nothing to be desired. A covered loggia, directly adjacent to the living room, invites you to relax. The terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, is furnished with lounge furniture. A second terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. In the spacious garden with mature trees and a garden shed, you can sunbathe, play, or simply enjoy the view. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. The basement includes a large laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Bicycles/e-bikes can be securely stored in the garden shed or in the basement. The property is fenced, so pets cannot escape.
