The bungalow offers approximately 90 square meters of living space and plenty of amenities for up to five guests. It is bright and modernly furnished. A hygiene concept is in place for those with dust mite allergies (no carpets, leather bench, leather sofa, tiles, or laminate flooring). The bathroom has underfloor heating, and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a Nintendo Wii game console with games. The garden is fully fenced, and the entrance gate has a remote control. Amenities include a pod coffee machine, a regular coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a baby cot, a high chair, and much more. Two bicycles are available! Games and toys are provided for children. There is a shed for bicycles/handcarts. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. IMPORTANT - Due to numerous inquiries: The house is located on the edge of a residential area near the woods; however, fireworks will still be permitted on New Year's Eve.
