The cottage features a separate bedroom, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a modern bathroom, a hallway and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with high-quality Miele appliances, leaves nothing to be desired and invites guests to enjoy cooking together.

Thanks to the underfloor heating, you can enjoy a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year. The harmonious combination of modern design, high-quality furnishings and cozy comfort makes this holiday home a truly special retreat for a relaxing getaway.

The property is situated directly alongside a picturesque canal. Running parallel to it is a path lined with impressive old trees that follows the water's edge. The trees provide ample shade, keeping the area pleasantly cool even on sunny days, with only gentle rays of sunlight filtering through the leafy canopy.
From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the canal and fully immerse yourself in the surrounding natural scenery.

Important Information
A Little Getaway by the Water

Just 150 metres from the holiday home, you will find a small swimming area along the canal with fine white sand. It is an ideal place to relax, swim and cool off on warm days. Dogs can also enjoy a refreshing dip here.

Information About the Property

The owners of the holiday home live on the same property. They have a female dog who occasionally moves freely around the grounds.

However, the holiday home's area is separated from the owners' living area by fences and hedges, ensuring that both areas are clearly divided and offer guests a good level of privacy.

Please note:
To ensure you are fully informed, we would like to let you know that a new residential area is currently being developed in the neighboring area. Depending on the progress of the construction work, occasional construction noise may occur. However, work is not carried out continuously.

Please also note that the main road, located approximately 70 meters from the property, may be audible depending on the time of day and wind conditions.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
